Greetings Beautiful Souls,
As my birthday approaches, I find myself reflecting on wishes and dreams. There’s one wish I hold dear: that every woman, including each of you reading this, discovers the divine light within herself.
My wish extends beyond mere self-discovery. It’s about debunking the lies our inner critics tell us and summoning the courage to set boundaries that nurture our greatest health. It’s about taking those initial, tentative steps towards a life filled with vibrancy and vitality.
I envision a world where each of you wakes up excited about the life you’re living, feeling deeply loved and valued, and experiencing the liberation that comes from shedding physical and emotional burdens.
No longer should we confine ourselves to living for others. It’s time to elevate ourselves on our priority lists.
My dream? To open a health retreat where I can provide transformative experiences for all you remarkable women. I want each of you to recognize your inherent worth, embrace love and kindness, and stand tall in your divinity.
Some may question the audacity of such dreams. But I refuse to be deterred. Like the buffalo charging into the storm, I am unflinchingly committed to facing the struggles and hardships alongside my fellow women.
This wish has been the guiding force of my life. While some may search for their purpose, I am crystal clear about mine: to ignite a movement of empowered, healthy women who uplift and support one another.
