- 2 cups shredded chicken (I used rotisserie chicken)
- 1 large avocado, cored & chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
1. Add ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mash all ingredients with a fork until well combined.
3. Serve on croissant or with crackers.
