• 3 avocados scooped out
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 onion, lightly chopped
  • 3 TB cilantro
  • 2 roma tomatoes, lightly chopped
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, lightly chopped
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • If you like yours chunky no need to use the food processor, I don’t.
